High-Precision CCD Vision Alignment System
Utilizes industrial-grade vision modules to achieve ±0.015mm imaging accuracy and ±0.02mm printing registration accuracy, supporting high-consistency printing on various film materials.
SY High-Efficiency Fully Automatic Screen Printing Platform
Integrates automatic feeding, dust removal, printing, and unloading functions. Printing speeds can reach 600-800 cycles/hour, adapting to materials of various thicknesses from 0.1mm to 5mm.
IR Series High-Efficiency Energy-Saving Fast Drying Ovens
Employ stainless steel heating tubes and PID intelligent temperature control, support hot air circulation and stepless speed regulation. Drying temperature range is from room temperature to 100°C with a control accuracy of ±8°C.
Fully Automatic High-Precision Film Peeling and Stacking Systems
Achieve automatic film peeling and neat stacking of finished products. Can be seamlessly integrated with printers and drying ovens, reducing manual intervention and enhancing overall line coherence.
Intelligent Complete Line Control System
Based on PLC + touchscreen integrated control, supports multi-machine coordination, parameter memory, fault diagnosis, and data traceability, enabling visual management of the entire production process.
